Mother Theresa famously said, "Everyone can do something." Here at the CFWMC, we firmly believe that. The generosity of our community is what enables us to feed so many hungry people.

There are so many ways to help- no matter what your talents are. Below are a few ways you can help to fight hunger in our community.

Our Eleventh Annual Race to End Hunger 5k and 2 mile walk are coming up this fall, and Empty Bowls is in April!

Advocate for Change

As a member of Feeding Pennsylvania, we advocate for federal and state policies, programs, and initiatives to improve food access and relieve hunger in Pennsylvania and across the nation. Visit their website to learn more.

Our volunteers are so important to us, and are essential to achieving our goal of feeding the hungry in Mercer County. From packing boxes of food for veterans, to volunteering at an event, we have lots of opportunities to give back by donating your time!

Whether you would like to make a donation today, or plan ahead for future contributions, we are so grateful for any size gift. Every $10 donation we receive helps us to purchase $35 worth of food.

Host a Food Drive

Food Drives and donations of food from the community are important in helping us to provide additional support to those in need. Download our food drive kit for more information on how to start a food drive and our most-needed items.

Donate a Deer

Pennsylvania's Hunters Sharing the Harvest Program allows hunters to donate deer to the hungry. Click here to be redirected to their website to find out how you can donate your deer.

Plant-A-Row

Or a few! Plant an extra row of produce and bring it down to the CFWMC. We'll get it to the people who need it most!

Shop and Donate
